01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ar99 ("ar99", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing any part of the ar99 website at ar99.biz, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understand their contents;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform;
• You meet all eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• All information you provide to ar99 is accurate, complete, and current.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ar99 platform. Continued use of any part of ar99 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms as detailed in Section 14.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to use ar99, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are using the platform in a personal, non-commercial capacity;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an ar99 employee or contractor;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or account restriction on ar99 or any affiliated platform;
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party or managing funds that do not belong to you;
• Your use of the ar99 platform does not violate any laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

ar99 enforces the 21+ age restriction through date-of-birth collection at registration and mandatory KYC document verification. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities. ar99 will not pay winnings generated by an underage account under any circumstances.

03 Account Registration & KYC

Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) ar99 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current and must notify ar99 of any changes promptly via the account settings panel or by contacting support.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ar99 is required under its international gaming licence to verify the identity of all players prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC verification may also be triggered by deposit thresholds, unusual account activity, or at ar99's sole discretion. You will be asked to provide one or more of the following:

• A clear copy of a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account registered in your name);
• A selfie holding your ID document, if requested by the compliance team.

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the request will result in account suspension. ar99 will not be held liable for any inconvenience or loss arising from suspension due to incomplete KYC.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ar99 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ar99 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings;
• Never share your login details with any third party, including family members;
• Log out of your account after every session, particularly on shared devices;
• Contact ar99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

ar99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately. ar99 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

If unauthorised access to your account is reported and confirmed by our security team, ar99 will suspend the account pending investigation and work with you to restore legitimate access. However, ar99 cannot reverse bets, games, or withdrawals that were completed prior to the point at which unauthorised access was reported.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

ar99 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are credited in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) to your ar99 wallet. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier and are displayed in your account settings at the time of transaction.

Deposits are typically processed instantly for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay) and within one (1) banking business day for bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank). USDT TRC20 deposits are credited after a minimum of six (6) blockchain confirmations.

ar99 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees for which ar99 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified KYC identity. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. ar99 targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests submitted before 5:00 PM PKT on business days. Requests submitted after this time or on weekends are processed on the next business day.

ar99 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals following a deposit method change. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is fully complete.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

ar99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as PSL. The following general terms apply to all ar99 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement, which means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is clearly stated on the promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The eligible game list and contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Maximum Bet Limit: While a bonus is active, bets exceeding PKR 1,500 per round or spin are prohibited. Bets above this limit placed during an active bonus may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue, as stated on the promotion. Unmet wagering requirements after expiry result in the bonus and any derived winnings being forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active will forfeit the existing bonus unless otherwise stated.
• Abuse: ar99 reserves the right to withhold bonuses, void winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected, including but not limited to: wagering with low variance strategies designed solely to meet requirements, hedging bets across outcomes, or coordinating bonus claims across multiple accounts.

ar99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, the ar99 promotions team's interpretation of the applicable terms is final, subject to escalation via the dispute resolution process in Section 15.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on ar99 are subject to the specific rules of each sport, game, or event as published on the platform. In addition, the following general rules apply across all products:

• Bets are not valid until they have been confirmed and a reference number has been issued. No bet is valid solely on the basis of a displayed price.
• In the event of a technical fault, server error, or interruption during a game round or live betting event, ar99 reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and return the stake to the player's account.
• Obvious pricing errors (manifestly incorrect odds) will be voided regardless of the outcome. ar99 will return the original stake.
• ar99 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any bet at any time, including during live events, at its sole discretion.
• For cricket and PSL betting, match and market settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). In-play bets are settled on the state of play at the point the event was officially concluded.
• For slot games, the Random Number Generator (RNG) results are final. Complaints regarding slot outcomes must be submitted within 48 hours of the game round in question.

ar99 uses RNG-certified game engines from internationally accredited software providers. Game fairness certification details are available on request from the ar99 support team.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ar99 platform:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage;
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits;
• Colluding with other players in any casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or RNG vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from a known exploit will be voided;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or wagering on events in which you have a direct financial or participation interest;
• Attempting to launder money or disguise the origin of funds through gaming transactions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ar99 staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the ar99 platform or its proprietary technology.

ar99 uses real-time fraud detection, pattern analysis, and third-party anti-fraud tools to identify prohibited conduct. Investigations are conducted confidentially and ar99 is not obligated to disclose the details of any investigation to the subject account holder.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the ar99 platform — including but not limited to the ar99 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of ar99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ar99 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any ar99 content without prior written consent;
• Use ar99's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any form without authorisation;
• Create derivative works based on ar99's proprietary software or content;
• Use ar99 content for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

Any unauthorised use of ar99's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal action.

10 Privacy & Data

ar99 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them. By creating an ar99 account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, ar99 collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, identity verification, and KYC compliance;
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and financial transactions;
• Fraud prevention, security monitoring, and regulatory compliance;
• Delivering personalised bonuses, promotional communications, and platform improvements;
• Responsible gaming monitoring and intervention where appropriate.

ar99 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers directly involved in delivering the ar99 platform (payment processors, KYC verification services, cloud infrastructure) under strict data processing agreements. 11 Responsible Gaming

ar99 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously and provides all registered players with a comprehensive suite of tools designed to support healthy, controlled play. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings panel without the need to contact customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is blocked until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts at 30-minute, 1-hour, or custom intervals to remind you of time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. Your account reactivates automatically at the end of the selected period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your ar99 account. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed within the selected window — even by contacting support. This is by design.

ar99 also maintains an internal responsible gaming monitoring programme that flags accounts showing behavioural patterns associated with problem gambling. If your account is flagged, a member of our trained support team may reach out proactively to discuss responsible gaming options. You may opt out of proactive outreach at any time from your account settings, but doing so does not affect ar99's right to apply account restrictions where legally required.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ar99 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the platform;
• Losses arising from interruptions, outages, technical failures, or cyberattacks beyond ar99's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account security obligations;
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, regardless of the cause of action;
• Any loss arising from reliance on information published on the ar99 platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms limits ar99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. ar99's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ar99 account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The ar99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ar99 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

13 Termination & Suspension

ar99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected;
• KYC verification cannot be completed to ar99's satisfaction;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is suspected;
• ar99 is required to do so by its licensing authority, a court order, or applicable law;
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months;
• A self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction has been applied.

Upon account closure for legitimate reasons unrelated to a breach (e.g., voluntary closure or inactivity), any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 10 business days. Balances will not be returned in cases where the closure is due to fraud, bonus abuse, or other breaches of these Terms pending investigation.

You may close your ar99 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

14 Amendments

ar99 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law or regulation, updates to the platform's features or payment methods, adjustments to bonus and promotional policies, or any other reason at ar99's reasonable discretion.

When material amendments are made, ar99 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform homepage, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory instruction.

Continued use of the ar99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ar99 holds its international gaming licence. By agreeing to these Terms, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through ar99's internal complaints process.

Dispute Resolution Process

1. Step 1 – Contact Support: Submit your complaint to [email protected] with full details, relevant transaction references, and any supporting screenshots. ar99 targets an initial response within 24 hours and full resolution within 10 business days for the majority of disputes.
2. Step 2 – Escalation to Management: If you are not satisfied with the support team's response, request escalation to the ar99 compliance and disputes team. This team has 15 business days to review the escalated complaint and issue a final internal decision.
3. Step 3 – Licensing Authority: If you remain dissatisfied after exhausting the internal process, you may escalate the dispute to ar99's licensing authority. Details of the relevant authority are available on request from the ar99 compliance team.

ar99's decisions on matters within its sole discretion — including bet settlement, bonus eligibility, account security measures, and fraud investigations — are final, subject only to the escalation process described above.
